When you work with Stained Glass Dallas, we always start out by figuring out what kind of a design you are looking for, and then one of our design team can customize it to fit your budget. There are two main factors we need to take into consideration. One can be tweaked greatly, the other cannot.
The one that cannot be tweaked is size. If you want stained glass for your kitchen windows, or your entryway, those windows are already in existence, and they are the size that they are. And since one of the main factors determining price is the square footage of the windows, there is not much we can do about it.
However, the other main factor determining the price of custom stained glass is the complexity of the pattern you choose, and how many tiny pieces of glass need to be hand cut and hand assembled to make up that pattern. It’s simple. Since all our custom stained glass is hand cut and hand built by highly trained local artisans, a lot of the cost of a stained glass piece is in the labor. It only stands to reason that a window pattern with twenty pieces will be much more affordable than a window containing two hundred pieces.

He has been studying stained glass as an art form for over 30 years. When he moved to the U.S., Martin opened his own shop and started selling antique and custom stained glass windows. Martin's areas of expertise range from historic and religious stained glass to popular styles such as art nouveau, Mackintosh, floral, beveled, Greene & Green, and prairie. Over the years, his company has produced and sold over 50,000 stained glass windows to customers located in Dallas and throughout the country.
